Use 1 pump (depending on the length of your hair) and apply it all over the length of your hair. Avoid the roots! You can use the hair care oil, depending if your hair needs it, every day.
You can also use the Ultimate Hair Care Solution as a pre-treatment. Apply a generous amount of the oil on your hair. It is advisable to use a plastic/cling film to wrap your hair around, this way the oil won’t dry out on your hair and your hair will seal the oil better. Wash out after 30 minutes
