IMPORTANT! The transit time of a shipment can be influenced by the handling time at customs. The handling time at custom varies from 1 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately we have no influence on the handling time at the customs of the destination country.
All bank transactions are excluding the transaction fee. This will be added on top of the total order. There will be no shipping costs included if the order is above the €200 euro.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.
The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 3-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped, please keep in mind delays can occur. The custom oils will be formulated within 24 hours after receiving the online consultation. Your custom oils needs to be infused for +/- 7 days before shipping.
Due to COVID-19, there can be a delay in shipping. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely while adhering to the government guidelines.
Afsennah only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
In case your Afsennah package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the Afsennah products and its outer white cardboard packaging, and email us within 3 days after you received the order. Please sent a picture of the shipping box, shipping label and the damaged products to contact@afsennah.com with your order number.
In case you have provided the wrong address the extra costs will be for your account, so please check your address when placing the order.
Please track your order because the shipping courier can ask you for more information or ask you to pay the customs fees before they can deliver. If you do not respond to them in time, they will ship the order back. In case this happens please keep in mind that you will not receive a refund. We can ship it back again, but the extra shipping costs will be for your own account.
CUSTOMS
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Due to Brexit, all UK orders with a total value of £125 (approximately 150 euros, depending on the exchange rate) and up will be charged with additional customs fees and clearance costs.
Please take into account that the total value of combo deals is rated higher than our retail price when passing through customs. Reason for this is that UK customs rate the original value of each product. For this reason, it may occur that the rated value of your order exceeds the customs threshold of £125 which causes you to be required to pay customs even though your total order value was lower than £125.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
REFUND, RETURNS & CANCELLATION
We really hope you’re enjoying your Afsennah products as much as we do. Just a heads up, you can only cancel the custom hair oils if you haven’t filled in the online consultation, and this is possible within the first 30 days after placing your order. Unfortunately, orders placed more than 30 days ago can’t be canceled.
If you have completed the online consult you can not cancel your order anymore because Afsennah formulates every oil specific for each customer.
Important: due to hygienic reasons it is also not possible to return the following products:
