INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and AFSENNAH LLC (UAE, DUBAI)
When these Terms mention “AFSENNAH’’” we," "us," or "our", it refers to AFSENNAH LLC. If you use any of our services, we will refer to you by using the terms "user", "visitor", "you", "your", "yours" in these Terms.
NOR NAVA BV (EU, NETHERLANDS) is our facility centre and family owned. This website, our products, payment processing of orders and shipping are managed and maintained by our facility centre NOR NAVA BV.
Our services and products are offered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, ensuring a secure and compliant environment for our customers.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.afsennah.com and purchasing our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2.Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle the information you provide while using our services. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of this information as detailed in our policy.
3.Products and Services
AFSENNAH LLC offers custom and ready-to-ship custom haircare products, designed to meet your unique needs. After completing an online consultation, our certified Advanced Trichologist, Afsennah, will carefully select the ideal formulation for you, taking into account any allergies or specific ingredients you wish to avoid. Approximately 80% of our custom oils are freshly prepared and available. For formulations that require additional preparation, a 7-day infusion period is needed before shipping. We will promptly inform you if your custom oil falls into this category.
Customs fees, tariffs, and duties are not included in our pricing. Customers in the UAE will pay a standard 5% VAT upon checkout.
Brexit Implications for UK Orders: Due to Brexit, UK orders valued at £125 or more may incur additional customs fees and clearance costs. Keep in mind that the total value of combo deals may be assessed higher than the retail price by UK customs, potentially resulting in customs charges even if your order's total value was below the £125 threshold.
4.Return and Refund Policy
Given the custom nature of our products, items cannot be returned or refunded once the online consultation has been submitted. We encourage you to review our Return Policy for comprehensive details.
5.Online Consultations & Accountability
Consultations for our custom products are conducted online. Once submitted and processed, it is not possible to cancel an order. By submitting your online consultation, you acknowledge and agree that your order cannot be canceled or refunded when submitting the Online Consultation. After your online consultation, our certified Advanced Trichologist will select the best formulation for your needs. Please ensure you provide all necessary information, such as allergies or ingredients to avoid. Some formulations may require a 7-day infusion period before shipping, and we will inform you if this is necessary. You also confirm that you have disclosed any allergies you may have In the Online Consultation. In case you missed mentioning any allergies during the consultation process, you accept full responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur while using the product, and you do not hold Afsennah or NOR NAVA BV accountable for such reactions. If you are not aware of any allergies just make sure to read the ingredients (mentioned underneath the tube where the bottles are stored in) and do a patch test first. We highly recommend reading all our ingredients on our ingredients page and if you have doubts, please consult with your doctor first.
6.Order Cancellation
You may cancel orders for non-custom products within 14 days of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be canceled after the online consultation has been submitted.
7.Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by AFSENNAH LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8.Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records. Continued use of our website after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
9.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Clarification: NOR NAVA BV has a legal agreement with AFSENNAH LLC and is in collaboration with AFSENNAH LLC for order fulfillment and payment processing. However, AFSENNAH LLC retains ownership of the content and products offered. This partnership ensures efficient operation and service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
